There is an angel in everyone. Most often, however, we don’t realise that this holy particle truly exists inside of us... My painting seeks to find this particle in myself and others. This “something” causes us to be delighted at someone’s gesture, gaze or word. Perhaps this is in fact what we call beauty.

Graduated from the Painting Faculty of the State School of Fine Arts (presently the Academy
of Fine Arts) in Wroc?aw, 1994.
Korenkiewicz paints on canvas and walls, and makes snow and ice sculptures.
She has received numerous awards at international competitions.
